From November 2024, HUSPI proudly joined a strong delegation of Ukrainian tech companies at Smart Country Convention (SCCON) in Berlin — one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to the digital transformation of public services and the development of smart cities.
Our COO, Rita Shygyda, and Business Developer Alex Dushkevych represented HUSPI at the event, showcasing our latest GovTech solutions, including anti-fraud systems for fintech and a suite of administrative tools designed to streamline public sector operations.

Ukraine on the European GovTech Map
HUSPI was one of eight Ukrainian tech companies selected to present innovative solutions on the international stage, alongside peers from InfoPlus, Devlight, Doctor Eleks, GIS-Point, Kitsoft, Symbol Transport, and stfalcon.com.
Throughout the event, the Ukrainian delegation held over 160 B2B meetings with government and private sector representatives from Germany, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, and beyond — exploring new partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities to contribute to Europe’s evolving digital infrastructure.
Real Solutions for Real Challenges
At HUSPI, we believe GovTech is about more than just efficiency — it’s about building trust between governments and citizens through transparency, accessibility, and innovation. Our showcased projects at SCCON reflect that mission, including tools that combat financial fraud, automate bureaucratic processes, and support digital service delivery at scale.

Strengthening Global Collaboration
One of the key highlights of SCCON was a dedicated side event featuring Andriy Remizov, Director of the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development. His presentation offered international guests a closer look at Ukraine’s digital progress, especially through national initiatives like Diia.Business, which continues to set the bar for government digital services worldwide.
These shared experiences reinforced the message that Ukrainian tech companies are not just surviving during wartime — they are innovating, leading, and ready to collaborate on a global scale.
Looking Ahead
The Ukrainian presence at Smart Country Convention was made possible through the support of the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, Diia.Business, and the IT Ukraine Association. Their efforts ensured that Ukraine’s tech voice was heard loud and clear — and that the country’s innovation potential continues to shine in the international spotlight.
For HUSPI, SCCON opened up new conversations and confirmed a growing demand for smart, scalable GovTech solutions. We’re excited about the future and ready to build smarter systems together with our European partners.
