Strengthening Tech Bridges: HUSPI at TRANSFORM Berlin 2025

HUSPI participated in a Ukrainian IT delegation in Berlin, enhancing collaboration and market strategies with Germany's tech ecosystem through workshops and exhibitions.

From March 17 to 21, HUSPI had the honor of joining a Ukrainian IT delegation in Berlin as part of a strategic business visit, powered by the initiative “IT Partnerships with Ukraine.” The delegation included leading companies and partners from the IT Ukraine Association, with a shared mission: to deepen collaboration between the Ukrainian and German tech ecosystems.

Building Skills & Market Insights

The week kicked off with practical pitching workshops, led by an expert sales coach, helping companies sharpen their messaging and better align with the German market’s expectations. These sessions were key in strengthening our go-to-market strategies and understanding how to build meaningful connections in Germany.

We also had the opportunity to engage in insightful meetings with Germany’s top industry associations — including BGA, Deutscher Outsourcing Verband, Bitkom, and BITMi. These conversations focused on current IT trends, the pace of digitalization, and how Ukrainian companies can become long-term partners in Germany’s tech future.

Exploring Innovation at MotionLab.Berlin

An exciting stop on the tour was a visit to MotionLab.Berlin, a hub for DeepTech innovation. The tour offered a closer look into Berlin’s startup scene and how spaces like MotionLab foster collaboration between hardware and software pioneers. It’s always inspiring to see the energy of early-stage innovation up close.

HUSPI at TRANSFORM Messe Berlin

The centerpiece of the week was the TRANSFORM IT exhibition on March 19–20. HUSPI proudly took the stage, showcasing our solutions and meeting with a wide range of industry players and potential partners.

For us, it wasn’t just about visibility—it was about meaningful conversations and future-focused collaborations. Our co-founder, Olga Provota,r and COO Rita Shygyda, used this opportunity to:

  • TRANSFORM conversations into real talk about AI, digital transformation, and where the industry is headed.
  • TRANSFORM new connections into potential partnerships with German and international companies.
  • TRANSFORM shared ideas into a vision for how Ukrainian tech talent can fuel global progress in an increasingly digital world.

Looking Ahead

We’re incredibly proud to be part of a resilient, forward-thinking Ukrainian IT ecosystem that’s quickly gaining momentum across Europe and beyond. The interest in partnering with Ukrainian companies was real, and we’re only just beginning.

🙏 A heartfelt thank-you to the organizers at GIZ, Sequa GmbH, and our strategic partner, IT Ukraine Association. Special thanks to Schwarz Gruppe and Wolfgang Kloiber—we’re looking forward to the journey ahead.

💬 If we didn’t get a chance to connect in Berlin, but you’re interested in working together, let’s talk! We’re always open to new ideas, bold projects, and building something great together.
