The first ProMenu store was opened in 2012 in Odessa. This is a young and dynamically developing a retail network of kitchen accessories stores of MIRS company (one of the oldest distributors of equipment and utensils in Ukraine). 

Strategy

ProMenu store specializes in the cookware, table setting, kitchen accessories, table textiles, small household appliances, bar equipment, etc. The company is the official distributor, therefore sells only original and certified products and provides an official manufacturer's warranty. 

Our task was to update the online store to increase the number of users and maximize the profitability of the services. For this, we needed to update the UI and UX, modernize the visual presentation of info, improving the overall stability of the internal processes, and optimize existing services.

The system had to provide navigation on all available resources to the user, display relevant information, and offer the option to purchase the chosen goods. Much attention should've also been given to the search and filtering forms.

Execution

  1. The assortment of the goods of the segment, including novelties and expected novelties;
  2. Sales points, list (options to choose) with links to these sales sources;
  3. Useful companion content directly affecting loyalty to the resource;
  4. Direct programs of influence on end customers (loyalty program, Shares in sales points (in all sales channels).

Outcome

We gathered a development team to create the technical requirements and designs as well as build the system from scratch.

Since the company already had existing IT solutions and several databases, we also have connected all systems.
